This universal adapter mount will allow you to securely fix almost any adapter with a support leg to your XLCS rig. The purpose of the mount lock is to prevent the adapter from accidentally disconnecting from the camera during lens operation--while also relieving the native mount from some of the added load.
 
This adapter lock fixes to the optional 15mm rail base via the included M4 threaded screws. A standard 1/4-20 screw (included) fixes the lens adapter to the lock.
 
Please be aware--this does not attach to the cage directly; the 15mm rail mount must be used.
